Certificate of good standing for Delaware entity
Issued by the State of Delaware, this document certifies that a company legally exists as of the date of issuance.
A certificate of good standing is a document issued by the state of Delaware as evidence that the corporation or LLC is in existence or authorized to conduct business in that particular state. It also provides that the company is in compliance with all state-required formalities and may be required by certain financial institutions in order to open an account.

Delaware business license
Business license procurement is really signing up to pay taxes in Delaware. When you apply for the business license you are saying to the State "I do business here and would like to set up a tax account".
IncorpToday can help you get your business license or you can do it yourself with the State of Delaware Division of Revenue. They provide forms you may send in. Expect to have your license sent to our office in approximately four weeks.
If you need anything other than a general services business license there will be additional fees. You will be billed and you may pay the annual license fee by check directly to the State. After the initial service, you may administer your license yourself.
IncorpToday will obtain a Delaware general services business license for your company. A temporary license will be obtained within three business days with the license certificate following in approximately 10 days. The license will be posted conspicuously at our location as required by State law. Please note that the license issuance will trigger filing requirements with both the State of Delaware Division of Revenue (Income, gross receipts, etc...) and the United States Internal Revenue Service. Your company MUST have a Federal Tax Identification Number (EIN) to make use of this service.
After the initial service, you may administer your license yourself. The State of Delaware business license is good from January through December. The license fee is prorated. Don't forget to ask us about procuring your next year license if you begin service in December!
Please note that our $265 fee is an annual fee subject to a minimum terms of 12 months. An one month termination notice applies to this service.

When the name or the business purpose of a Corporation, Limited Liability Company (LLC), Limited Partnership LP) or Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) changes and the company's formation documents include a detailed purpose clause that consequently needs to be updated, filing a purpose amendment is required. The amendment certifies that changes to the business purpose were completed as required by law with consent of the appropriate individuals within the company.
Our service includes the preparation of an article of amendment, shipping of the document to you for signature if a signature is necessary) and filing of the article of amendment document for your business with the State of Delaware. It does not include any certified certificate or apostille.

Delaware entity cancellation
We will prepare and file all necessary paperwork for the dissolution of your company. A certificate of cancellation will then be issued and sent to your local address.
When the authorized individuals of a business entity decide that the entity is no longer needed, for whatever reason, it is very important that it follows the legal steps to dissolve that entity.
All corporations, limited-liability companies, limited partnerships, and other business entities are legal entities which can only be dissolved through formal action. Entities remain liable for all taxes, assessments, fines, penalties and interest until you receive a certificate of dissolution from the Secretary of State.

Want to establish a real business presence in Delaware? We will accept mail and small parcels sent to your company name and forward it to your local address.
IncorpTodays' mail forwarding Service is offered to both domestic and international customers. We provide you with a physical street address in the state of Delaware. Your new company address will be the permanent home for your company. All mail received at this address will be forwarded to you on a bi-weekly basis.
