When will I receive my corporate documents?

After we validate your order, we will immediately start the incorporation process.

Basic service ($450): it will take 2-3 weeks to receive the paperwork and have your company fully incorporated with the State of Delaware.

Expedited service ($450 + $100): if you select the expedited service (additional fee of $100) then you will be guaranteed to have your company incorporated within 1-2 business days. We will email you your file number (also known as your business registration number) within 1-2 business days after the validation of your order. You can then begin using your new entity right away. Within 2-3 business days, we will email you a copy of the certified certificate and apostille, both documents are delivered by the State. The original documents will then be sent to you to your local address upon your request.
