When you incorporate your business in Delaware using IncorpToday, you automatically receive a certified certificate of incorporation and an apostille.

Our basic service is $450 and provides you with both documents. If you select our expedited service (for an additional fee of $100) you are guaranteed to have your company incorporated within 1-2 business days.

The certificate of incorporation will contain the articles and memorandum of the company. The name and address of the owner(s) will also be listed in this document unless special instructions are provided by the client. Please note that if you use our banking service to open a business account in the USA then the bank will require to have the name and address of the company owner(s) to be listed in the articles of the certificate of incorporation.

We can also provide you with an operating agreement for your business, but the preparation of this specific document is billed for an additional $35.
