Each year, a Delaware company must complete the following:

1. File an annual report (excluding LLC's) and pay a filing fee.
2. Pay a tax (generally a minimum of $100 for corporations and $250 for LLC's).
3. Pay the registered agent fee ($125 if IncorpToday is your registered agent).

You may also have to pay for the renewal of your business license if you have obtained one.
